The author wrote this book to inspire moms to try homeschooling (if they are still on the fence about it) or to persevere if they had been homeschooling for a while. She also wrote it to help homeschool moms develop a daily habit of sitting at the feet of Jesus.
“We cannot homeschool our children successfully on our own. Homeschooling is a demanding task. But, it is fulfilling,” Dumadag says.
“I believe that it was through God’s wisdom that I was able to teach my children effectively. I chose to learn from the Greatest Teacher first. I allowed Him to instruct me so I would also know how to instruct my children,” she added.
The devotional was written by an experienced homeschool mom for fellow homeschool moms. The author has been homeschooling her three children since their birth. Her eldest child will be in Grade 7 already this upcoming school year.
