Camella Primewater Bills Payment thru GCash

Another convenience GCash gave me is be able to pay my Camella Primewater Bills. However, there is a Php5 convenience fee if I use this facility. You can either pay via app or via *143#. Here's how.

1. Open GCash App.

2. Select Pay Bills.

3. Choose Water Utilities under Biller Categories.

4. Look for Primewater. This a plus factor for GCash since you don't need to verify first if you belong to South or North account of Primewater. It is only default to Primewater itself.

5. Enter details accordingly from your Primewater Bill.

a. ATM Ref No.
You can find the ATM Reference Number in your bill. Just in case you missed your due date you can still pay it by adjusting the last 4 digits of the ATM Ref Number. If you notice, the last four digits corresponds to the date of your due date. You can change it to present date to be able to pay the bill that is on due. Just do note that you are still not receiving the disconnection notice.

You can watch my Vlog on how to tweak the ATM Reference Number just in case you need to pay an overdue bill.

b. Bill Number

c. Account Name

d. Amount

e. Email address (optional)
This is where the receipt of payment will be sent.

6. Verify the details you enter before you hit the last button. You will then be redirected to your GCash receipt that will also be sent to your email if you provide it. A convenience fee of Php5 will be deducted to your account for successful payment.

You can also watch my youtube tutorial HERE.

Normally, GCash post the payment within 24 hours even on weekends but the posting of payment may or may not reflect same as GCash posting. With my experience, it is always on 24 hours round clock.

    2. Hi, will it still post the payment correctly even if I change the AtM ref? Kasi sa bill ko last 4 digits is 0527, kaya lang nag error. Try ko sana gawin na 0427.

    3. You can't pay your bill if you change the last 4 digits to a later date. You can change however 0527 to 0530 so you can pay it, and yes it will be posted. We just adjust the date if we're going to pay a past due bill.

  3. Hello,

I don't know if my comment was able to push thru yesterday. But may I ask again if the format for the Account Name in Gcash for PRIME WATER is LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME MIDDLEINITIAL?

    Thank You,

    1. Just follow the First Name Last Name format. However, it doesn't really matter how you input the name, just make sure you input the correct ATM Ref.

    1. Usually a disconnection notice is already printed and being delivered after 3 days of due date. you can still oay however, you need to be alert if it happens that a disconnection would take place. you can present your reference number as a proof that you already made your payment and you can also verify via hotline.

So much better po tawag na lang po sa hotline to verify if saan po ninyo pwedeng isettle ang bill. Or if you still want to push through at na accept po siya, ibigay niyo po ang reference number ng payment kay hotline to verify and to have your water reconnecti

  20. Hello. I paid my bill but didn't change the ATM Ref's last 4 digit from last month. But payment is on process already. Is that ok?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Changing the ATM Reference is only needed if it is already due. If you were able to process the payment of your bill then its okay. Just write the Payment Reference number in case you need it for proof.

  22. Hi! The last four digits of my ATM reference number is different from the due date. My ATM reference number ends in 0330 but the due date is March 27.

Should I still change the last four digits of my ATM reference number when paying over the internet or can I retain it as is?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Sorry for the super late reply but you should retain it as is po since February ends at 28 nag adjust po ang billing due date. You will just change it po kung lagpas ng due date ang bayad ninyo.

    1. Hi po. Not advisable po dahil baka po magkaroon ng disconnection sa water line ninyo. Mas mabuti po na isettle sa pinakamalapit na Primewater Office.
