Camella Primewater Bills Payment Online

It's been 4 years since we acquire a home at Camella. Believing in ourselves that acquiring a home in this well known subdivision would give us comfort but it's not. From reservation up to water bill payment now, is so much hassle for tenants like us. They receive multiple of feedback from homeowners, but they are still the most top of the line housing. I wonder why? As much as possible I don't want to reiterate further complaints within this post. Instead, I will teach you how to pay your Camella water bills online through BDO bank.

We acquire a house at Camella Solamente, so that means that we belong to Primewater South. Beforehand, know your account number if you belong to South or North. Why do I need to pay via online? Because the fact that we haven't moved in, I cannot always guarantee the availability of our water bill delivered straight to our unit even without a tenant. Last month, they delivered almost late and near the due date even if there is a schedule. So to cut the chase and to save myself from hassle of always visiting our unit just to see the water bill, I found a way to have an electronic copy of our water bill and pay it online.

1. Send an email to PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp: primewater.infra@gmail.com and ask for an electronic copy of your bill. Indicate the month because asking for an electronic will be manually per month. Provide the following details in your email:

PrimeWater Subscriber's Name
PrimeWater Account Number
Meter #
Subdivision to check whether you belong to South or North because it will be selected via BDO online

2. It is better to check also the schedule of your water bill. I asked them when is the best time for asking an electronic copy. They provide me schedules of bill reading, forwarding and sending out bill on your doorstep, also the due date and the actual disconnection. Once you received the information, you can now enroll the biller via BDO.

3. I use the BDO bills payment facility because that is my bank account. You can also ask them how to pay via your desired bank. They will promptly reply during office hours.

4. Instead of using the Account Number, use the ATM Reference Number for the Subscriber's Account information. This is already questionable for me because we know that an ATM Reference Number varies every month. I wonder what will I do next month if I have to enroll it again. Honestly, enrollment of biller via BDO is quick and easy. After successful enrollment, you can pay right away.

5. Be mindful of your due date. Always allow a 2-3 days allowance before the due date to avoid disconnection notice.

If you are already residing at your unit, then of course you can also pay via online. It's much convenient for us to pay online and skipping the lines.

You can watch my Vlog on how to tweak the ATM Reference Number just in case you need to pay an overdue bill.

    1. Oo nga, but we don't have a choice here, even our City converts to Primewater too. Our City has a minimum of Php 205 while the Camella Primewater is Php 224.

    1. Hi, may I know what Primewater are you using and where are you residing? ATM ref number however is the one you will use when you need to pay bills online instead of inputting the Account Number.

    1. I missed my due date last time, akala ko nabayadan ko na siya, and it just reflected on the next bill. So I just paid it po that time.

    2. Is it okay na sa next billing? I mean, hindi ba mapuputulan if not paid ang 1month? Thank you.

    3. If you only have the minimum amount due okay lang naman but then if lagpas ka na sa due date you have to adjust the ATM reference number's last 4 digits to your current date. Sample: Due date is February 06, then the ATM Ref: 0000000206 should be 000000208.

  4. Hello.

There's a way to pay using BDO Online if you missed the due date (but there's a small catch explained later).

But first, take note that the last 4 digits of the ATM reference number actually represents the due date in "mm-dd" format. The month ("mm") is the only part of the reference number that changes every month (and this is reused annually, as I observed in the past 2 years).

As you already know, the ref. number for the current month will be invalid and not accepted by BDO (and other payment agencies) after the due date.

So here's the trick: Just change the month ("mm") part of the last 4 digits to indicate a future date (i.e., the due date for the following month). The BDO online system will accept the payment.

    But then here's the catch:
I tried this at least 3 times in the past 2 years and it worked for the first 2 attempts. But the last attempt, PrimeWater was not able to process the payment into their own system right away and not before our water service was tentatively cut. We were advised by a staff member at their Las Pinas office that processing payments takes around 2 days.

So I suggest that, if you need to do this hack, just do it within 1 or 2 days from the due date. Then contact customer service after 1 business day to confirm.

  5. Hi! I kept sending email to primewater but to no luck I was ignored. I also tried calling the number they posted on their website but it was just ringing same goes with other number that I saw from another blog. I want to know how will I know if I belong to North or South. Is there any way to know this? I'm in Camella Taguig. I'm really annoyed with their service. Very expensive rate, poor to terrible customer service support. Sorry for venting out.

    1. I used to be ignored too but what I did is I send the email in the exact business hours and they did reply. Do you have a property manager? They can also help you out with your Primewater issues. If I am not mistaken, Taguig belongs to South category.

    1. I didn't enroll it because I use another payment online facility which is Gcash: https://www.wanderwahm.com/2018/10/primewater-batangas-bills-payment-thru.html.

This also applies to Primewater Bills Payment everywhere.

    2. Hi Wanderwahm! I'm from Camella Solamente too. When I was paying yesterday thru Gcash, dun sa una, ATM Ref No yung kinukuha. So ininput ko yung reference number. Then nung naprint ni GCash yung receipt, Account No na yung yung nakalagay dun sa supposedly dapat ay ATM Ref No. Will there be a conflict or bug lang yun ni GCash?

    3. Baka bug lang po ni Gcash yun. Di ko siya napapansin actually. I'll take a look at my receipts now. Can you email me your receipt at wanderwahm@gmail.com so I can compare. thanks!

    4. Hi Mam, same scenario. ATM no. Po ba ilalagay dun sa una? Pag print nga po ng receipt account no. Na yung nakalagay.First time po kasi magbayad using gcash. Thank you

    5. Yes po ATM ref no po yung ilalagay from your billing which will appear as your account number for bills payments facility online. If mapapansin niyo po iba iba siya every month because the last four digit is your due date.

Hi, I've been using the BDO facility since 2014, but started last Dec 2018 with error "Sorry, your transaction cannot be processed due to invalid payment details or exceeded daily limit for this biller / merchant." Verified this with BDO, ang sabi nila need to verify the subscriber no. with Primewater. I emailed Primewater pero I didn't get a reply. Have you experienced the same thing this year? Thanks in advance.

    4. HI Darrell sorry for the late reply, but the South or North is really based on the map on where your city is located. For us, we are at Batangas hence Batangas belongs to South. This is South or North Luzon actually.

With the email, yes sometimes it is full so what I do is send an email during office hours.

  21. hi Ma'am,

    good morning,

i have a question regarding our bill consumption on water po.
I received a letter from prime water that we consume a water bill amounting P680.90 and the due date is march 15,2020. and if i cannot pay on the said due date that would serve as my final notice for permanent disconnection fee amounting of P1200.
then until now i didn't pay the said bill.
My question is,can I still pay here at any bayad center of my bills?
and after I pay for this, the water will go back to normal?
What should i do after payment? Do I need to inform the prime water office near our area at general trias cavite?
Because the address of our prime water bill indicated on the letter is located at laspiñas.
    thank you!

    ReplyDelete

    1. Have you received a notice of disconnection and did the primewater disconnect your line already? If not, then you can still pay at any Bayad Center who are catering due bills. Have you receive any other bill after that?

For any other question, you can call the Primewater Las Pinas for bill verification.

E-bill?? I have been asking for if they can send electronic bill because enrolling in bdo internet banking the atm ref. number of the every bill becomes a pain in my ass that needs to be changed and enrolled over and over again. They know how to bill you but diesnt know how to make it convenient for consumers to do so. What the heck

    1. They actually have an App now where we can pay our Primewater Bill. It is EasyApp which I posted on my facebook page. With regards to your Electronic Bill it is best to send an email or call their hotline during office hours. You can follow my #1 instruction for that. They never failed to deliver mine when I request for it. But due to pandemic and high volume of emails, when you received a failed email, just try again on a later time just make sure that you send an email during office hours.
