Recipe: Ref Cake Overload

This should be posted weeks before Christmas but I feel lazy doing so. But since it's not yet over for Holidays, this might be an additional sweets on New Year's Eve. I just called this recipe as ref cake overload because it reminds me of the ice cream rocky road and just use overload since it's just the original ref cake recipe with an additional chocolate filling.

Ingredients:
2 packs of Graham Crackers
1 condensed milk
1 All Purpose Cream
2 cups of fondue chocolate
2 tbsp of pinipig

How to prepare:
1. First, mix the condensed milk and all purpose cream in a bowl
2. Prepare the container that you will use. I use a microwavable container so I can easily store them and stash away one serving whenever I wanted to eat it.
3. Fill in the first layer. Pour the fondue chocolate first and spread it all over the container. Pour the mixture (milk+cream) until you fully covered the fondue chocolate.
4. Dip the crackers one by one on the mixture and place it on the container filling in the first layer.
5. Slightly add fondue chocolate evenly on the crackers.
6. Fill in the second layer. Repeat until your desired layer thickness.
7. When you finish layering the crackers, pour the mixture to evenly cover the top layer and whisk a fondue chocolate on top creating your own design.
8. Add pinipig for the toppings. You can use any other toppings like chocolates or mallows.
9. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

That's how easy it is to prepare the ref cake overload. I hope you guys will have a sweet New Year's Eve eating this one with your loved ones. Happy Holidays!
